Join one of the top Food & Beverage manufacturers! This industry leader is seeking a dynamic and experienced 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to drive excellence and propel the organization's growth to new heights.

Position Overview

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Chicago, IL

Shift: 3rd (10pm - 6am)

Status: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production staff to ensure safety, compliance, and performance
• Ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and HACCP
• Track KPIs and create daily reports
• Utilize ERP systems like SAP and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure OSHA compliance

Key Qualifications

• Manufacturing background (Food & Beverage, Chemical, Consumer Goods, etc.)
• 3-5 years experience as a Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Union manufacturing environments, Continuous Improvement, Lean, LOTO, Bilingual (English & Spanish)
