Position Overview: The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing assembly of our Immunoassay diagnostic instruments. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive results, culture, and strategic plans. This on-site role is based in Chaska, MN, and reports to the Manager of Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct reports, providing feedback and career development guidance.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and build sustainable processes.
• Promote continuous improvement using DBS tools, kaizen, and Gemba evidence.
• Set and pursue challenging goals aligned with growth targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma with 8+ years’ experience, OR Bachelor’s with 5+ years’, OR Master’s with 3+ years’ experience.
• Proven coaching and mentoring skills.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in challenging situations.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.

Preferred Experience:

• Continuous improvement/lean manufacturing experience.
• CP certification in DBS tools (SW, 5S, VRK, QSB, TPI).
