The Successful Applicant

5+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+.
A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
Background in assembly environments strongly preferred.
