Job summary

Design Hire is seeking a Production Supervisor to support an automotive or aerospace manufacturing client. You’ll be in a hands-on role where execution, accountability, and team performance directly impact output, quality, and delivery.

Lead daily production activities on the assembly floor, supervise line teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and safety standards on site in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production on automotive or aerospace lines.
• Hands-on leadership and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and assembly lines.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage inventory and material flow in manufacturing.
