• Monitor production performance and address issues that could impact production goals.
• Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard work instructions.
• Assist with employee training, development, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

Pay: $64,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience
Overtime: Paid for hours worked over 45 hours per week
Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, Sunday evening–Friday morning

These positions are responsible for supervising approximately 90 employees, maintaining production standards, and creating a safe, accountable, and positive workplace culture.

• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience supervising a large production workforce preferredUnion manufacturing experience is highly desirable

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
