Job summary

AS Talent Advisors is recruiting a Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift (5am–3pm, Monday through Thursday) in Indiana. The site is state‑of‑the‑art and emphasizes automation, safety, and quality while growing production capacity to meet demand.

The role leads a team of about 25 and reports to operations leadership. You will coach and monitor performance, support cross‑training, drive continuous improvement across production processes, and maintain alignment with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred.
