Production Supervisor (Finance)

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor located in Cahokia, IL. The role involves overseeing production operations to meet cylinder gas needs for internal and external customers.

• Pay range: $75,000 - $87,500 yearly (commensurate with experience)

What you will be doing (2nd shift):

1. Promote safety culture by ensuring safe plant operations, conducting incident investigations, and safety meetings.
2. Ensure compliance with external regulatory agencies (FDA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, DHS) and company policies.
3. Manage cylinder gas production based on customer requirements and schedule raw material delivery.
4. Support distribution of products to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
5. Maintain stock levels of finished and raw materials to meet production needs.
6. Monitor asset usage and recommend inventory adjustments.
7. Support security and appearance of the location and equipment.
8. Complete reports accurately and timely (inventory, expense, financial, KPI, payroll, work orders).
9. Assist in implementing and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
10. Drive productivity and process improvements to maximize efficiency.
11. Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and growth opportunities.
12. Motivate team to meet metrics and goals through delegation and ownership.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
