Responsibilities

• Lead Process Supervisors and Shift Supervisors to meet safety, environmental, quality, cost and production goals.
• Develop and execute operating plans delivering quality products safely and reliably.
• Coordinate outages and maintenance with Maintenance leadership to minimize downtime.
• Provide daily direction and review key operating parameters; adjust plant operations as needed.
• Promote consistent operation, policy adherence, and accountability across all process areas.
