You will lead maintenance personnel, coordinate multi-discipline activities, manage budgets, and partner with engineering on capital projects to optimize uptime and costs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of plant maintenance or manufacturing experience and previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage costs and develop, implement, and maintain systems that optimize maintenance performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays and respond to non-routine callouts as business needs require.
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, and stoop. Must also be able to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, and respond to visual and audible alarms.
• Knowledge of and experience with plant maintenance work processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

• Collaborate with engineering on capital projects and capital funds.
• Provide leadership to maintenance team and ensure process safety integration.
