Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of plant process, maintenance, or project engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with OSHA, RMP, and Responsible Care programs is required.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PSM, RMP, and RC programs for the Battleground Plant.
• Develop and issue annual PSM, RMP, and RC activity plans and provide status reports.
• Coordinate audits and contract services for PSM, RMP, and RC activities; address employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards across processes and facilities.
