Kelly is hiring a Production Specialist for a specialty circuits manufacturer in Bloomington, MN. Three shifts available: 1st (6am-2:30pm), 2nd (3pm-11:30pm), and 3rd (10pm-6am, Sun–Thu). Training on 1st shift may be required.

Pay rate is $20–$22.50 per hour, depending on shift. This temporary-to-permanent role offers cross-training and growth with the company. Typical duties include material handling of PCBs weighing 20–50 lbs, applying adhesives and sealants, loading panels through conveyors,

• Experience in production work, PCB or small parts manufacturing.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow IPC specifications.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and lifting 20–50 lbs.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have experience in production work, printed circuit board or small parts manufacturing.
• Can read, interpret, and follow customer and IPC specifications.
• Are able to sit or stand for long periods of time, repetitive movements with hands.
• Are able to lift and work with materials weighing 20-50 lbs regularly
• Are comfortable working with chemicals and fumes.
• Must be comfortable entering information to a computer.
