Job summary

TCC Materials in Medford, MN is seeking a full-time manufacturing associate to help operate production lines and ensure quality and productivity. You will work with a production team across batching, labeling, packaging, and forklift operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math, and the ability to read and communicate in English. Experience with PLC/batching systems is a plus, and a safety-minded approach helps keep equipment and inventories accurate.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience in related field preferred.
• Must read, write, and speak English and work in a team environment.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced manufacturing environment with demanding standards for quality and productivity.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to fill out production sheets and schedules.
• Understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Experience with batching/PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, pack cases, label products, and palletize items.
• Operate batching, mixing, and production systems for block, bags, liquids, or other goods.
• Measure and record weights and ensure quality on the production line.
• Record finished goods production on worksheets and forms.
• Apply labels to pallets, bags, containers, and shippers.
• Assist in inventory reviews and raw material ordering.
• Move items in warehouse and load/unload trucks as needed.
• Follow company policies and wear PPE; maintain clean work area.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and interface with office staff on orders.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers.
