Solventum is seeking a Production Specialist to support 2nd shift operations at our Columbia, MO facility. You will ensure quality standards and a safe, efficient plant environment while leading teams on equipment and processes.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 3 years of manufacturing experience, and at least 1 year in a lead role. Onsite work with competitive pay and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience.
• One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.
• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.
• Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE).
• Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis.
