The Production Specialist will support production operations on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30pm–11:30pm) with starting pay of $28.16/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential, increasing after 6 months to $28.85/hour and after 12 months to $29.55/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
• Three (3) years of manufacturing experience.
• One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.
• Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.
• Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE).
• Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis.
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
