Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations on site at our Columbia, MO plant. The role offers multiple shifts (2nd, 3rd, or 12-hour night rotation) with starting pay and future increases based on department and experience.

You will follow safety procedures, apply quality instructions, and work as part of a team to ensure efficient production while communicating in English. This position requires a High School diploma or GED or relevant production experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed prior to start, OR 1 year of experience in production or warehouse.
• Post-high school education is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following safety procedures.
• Monitor production/packing to meet quality objectives.
• Load/unload material into and from equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
