Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production Operator for the Purification & Filtration team in Columbia, MO. You will work either the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30pm–11:30pm) or the 3rd shift (Sun night–Fri morning, 11:30pm–7:30am), with starting pay at $24.24/hour plus shift differential.

You will join a transitional period as the business aligns with Thermo Fisher Scientific, while remaining employed by Solventum during this phase.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma / GED or higher.
• Ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Apply quality instructions and specifications.
• Monitor production or packing to meet quality objectives.
• Load/unload material into and from equipment.
• Collaborate with team to share information and solve problems.
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
