Job summary

This 2nd Shift Production Specialist role focuses on supporting production operations, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient plant environment.

The shift runs Monday - Friday; 3:30pm - 11:30pm at Onsite - 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO 65202.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start).
Three (3) years of manufacturing experience.
One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.
Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.
Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.
Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE).
Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis.
