Job summary

ProAmpac in Menasha, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to inspire and lead manufacturing teams and drive continuous improvement. This role oversees multiple departments, coaches staff, and ensures daily objectives are met while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will partner with operations to optimize cost, quality, and service, schedule shifts, mentor frontline leaders, and support audits. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership experience and a degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with increased responsibility leading teams.
• 2-4+ years of frontline leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop manufacturing teams to meet daily goals.
• Maintain safe operations and enforce regulatory procedures.
• Assign daily work and review achievements.
• Address employee performance and behavior issues with HR.
• Support scheduling and quality teams for product quality issues.
• Lead audits and plant readiness for regulatory certifications.
