Qualifications

• Two year Associates degree preferred.
• Two+ years of proven success leading a team in manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma, ASQ or ISO/SQF knowledge is a plus.
• Leadership with teamwork abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with good judgment and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Mentors, coaches, and oversees the work of the team to meet safety, quality, and operational needs.
• Oversees and directs all daily production activities of the department.
• Ensure achievement of safety, quality, and productivity goals for the department/shift.
• Monitor production data to support CI and process improvements.
• Assist with hiring and training of new employees; supervise changeovers.
• Maintain staffing and ensure ERP/SSFD system data visibility.
