The role oversees safety, quality, and production across the plant, supervising shifts, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring staff. Two-year degree preferred and 2+ years of supervision experience in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree preferred.
• Two+ years of proven success leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, ASQ or Quality ISO/SQF is a plus.
• Leadership experience with the ability to work as a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Direct daily production activities and perform shift walk-throughs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitor data and support CI/operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist hiring and train new employees; provide feedback and training.
