Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities and lead the production team in achieving safety, quality, and performance goals. The role involves coordinating Line Leads, managing line setups, and driving efficiency across shifts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments and uphold GMP standards, while developing a capable and compliant workforce.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements operational strategies to assure safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Accountable for KPI including machine and labor efficiencies and guide production associates to meet scorecard targets.
• Prepares for project runs following production schedule and reviews First Article samples.
• Assigns production lines to Line Leads ahead of time and provides necessary tools.
• Communicates daily production goals to Line Leads and ensures proper staffing and task allocation.
• Reviews rate data and adjusts lines to maximize efficiency; automates lines when possible.
• Supports capacity planning to meet on-time delivery demands and collaborates on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keeps a safe work environment and GMP compliance; coordinates staffing and training with leaders.
