Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate day-to-day production and quality on assigned shift.
• Troubleshoot problems and initiate action steps for resolution.
• Prepare work center for production, upload programs, and operate machines.
• Move materials to meet operational needs and ensure product flow.
• Perform inspections, document results, and rework defects as needed.
• Supervise Team Leads and coordinate with maintenance; ensure safety.
• Submit shift summary reports and support continuous improvement.
