Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet objectives.
• Monitor production to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality; identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate tasks for staff and ensure proper training for routine duties.
• Supervise production lines, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Maintain and enforce SOPs; update equipment and implement improvements.
• Report on productivity and efficiency rates.
