• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Schedules all direct labor personnel on daily activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Trains employees and maintains training records.
• Ensures compliance with manufacturing process documentation.
• Maintains schedule adherence and supports staffing needs with management.
• Leads a high-performing team including interviewing, hiring, directing, evaluating, and addressing issues.
• Maintains product quality standards on shift and manages inventory and supplies.
• Monitors safety practices and PPE usage and raises safety concerns to management.
