Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment safely and efficiently to hit production goals.
• Completes documents and reports malfunctions to supervisor and maintenance.
• Interprets work orders to ensure correct materials and specs.
• Troubleshoots and resolves basic-to-moderate operation issues.
• Ensures coffee gas-off time is adequate.
• Completes change-over sheets and requests supplies for packaging line.
• Uses data entry to print correct item labels.
• Programs packaging machine per manufacturing specs.
• Adjusts packaging equipment for correct case size.
• Packages, seals, labels, and palletizes boxes.
• Inspects packages for quality (visual, weight, seal).
• Segregates nonconforming goods for disposition.
• Records downtime with explanation.
• Submits maintenance requests when needed.
• Cleans machine and area to prevent dust.
• Performs QA samples as required.
• Follows safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
