Job summary

WESTROCK COFFEE is seeking a Second Shift Production Lead to oversee machine operation, coordinate maintenance reporting, and manage daily data collection. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to train teammates.

You will lead the shift in the absence of the supervisor, ensure materials availability, and drive peak production performance while minimizing downtime and waste. Prior experience with production equipment and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members.
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians.
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves.
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift.
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines.
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
