Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing or production line is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality systems and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains machine per batch record, safety, and quality standards.
• Leads line huddle and reviews shift-to-shift communications.
• Directs line crew, assigns roles, and ensures resources are available.
• Monitors line components, resources, and paperwork (scrap, production rates, batch records).
• Escalates quality or equipment issues to supervision and coordinates with support departments.
• Performs line clearance, lot in/out, and deep cleaning with safety practices.
