Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Commercial Production department at 18th Avenue. You will lead daily production activities, ensure adherence to cGMP and OSHA standards, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products on time.

The role requires an associate degree or higher, supervisory experience, and strong math and computer skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
Full Professional Proficiency: ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately.
High Reasoning: ability to solve practical problems with varied concrete variables.
History of successful supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Direct daily production floor activities on their shift in compliance with policies and regulations.
Lead safety initiatives and investigate incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, warehouse and quality departments to meet service levels.
Oversee hiring processes and train staff using defined methods (e.g., TWI).
Own and drive KPIs via visual controls and communications.
