PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Rockford to lead the 3rd shift, oversee daily warehouse operations, and ensure alignment with cGMP and company SOPs. The role requires directing staff, scheduling inventories, and coordinating with Planning, Production, Sales and Engineering to maintain smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and solid English communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• College Level Mathematical Skills are required.
• Intermediate Computer Skills to handle complex tasks.
• Full Professional Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Strong reasoning to define problems and draw conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and diagrams.

• Address day-to-day warehouse functions for the shift and guide staff.
