Promat-Inc in Maryville, TN is seeking a Production Shift Leader for 2nd shift to oversee and coordinate shift-level production activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and operational excellence.

You will lead a team of Production Operators on B Shift, manage performance, enforce safety, train on equipment and processes, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and HR to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of production experience in a high-performance manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
