Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Lebanon, TN is hiring an added-capability Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2 PM–10 PM, Mon–Fri). You will lead a crew, champion safety, and drive improvements across people, processes, and systems to exceed production goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, waste minimization, and collaboration with Production, Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance teams, leveraging capability groups to deliver reliable, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety excellence through employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively identify hazards and implement appropriate mitigating strategies; investigate incidents and participate in resolution of causes
• Coach, train, and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, and production
• Ensure best practices are followed for minimization of waste at machine centers
• Own the production process and accountability and follow through with the Production, Quality, Shipping, Maintenance teams
• Provide leadership and support across all functions in the facility
• Actively engage in continuous improvement activities and leverage the expertise of capability groups within Georgia‑Pacific
