BD is a leading global medical technology company dedicated to advancing the world of health. The role focuses on line leadership, staffing, safety, and daily production performance on assigned lines in a high-volume environment.

You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and other support roles to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and a BA/BS in science, industrial management, business, or engineering is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; BA/BS preferred in science, industrial management, business, or engineering or related field.
• Manufacturing experience in highly automated environments is required or preferred depending on degree.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Address safety issues promptly and maintain a safe production environment.
• Manage attendance, vacation, and PTO and ensure staffing plans for assigned shift.
• Provide regular feedback and run daily touchpoints for Line Centric Organization (LCO).
• Ensure open communication between production associates and management and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead root-cause investigations and containment for line issues; support quality inspections on shift.
