Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred or 3 years supervisory in manufacturing in lieu of degree.
• Three years of people-leading and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates on the production floor and drive safety and quality.
• Staffing and training plans within the department.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to associates.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to schedule production and monitor performance.
• Track production metrics and communicate progress to management.
• Lead daily production operations and ensure policy adherence.
