Job summary

Nox Metals is hiring a Production Supervisor to run floors in Los Angeles, overseeing safety, quality, and output for each shift. You will lead, train, and coach a team on saws, CNC, and handling equipment while ensuring production stays on schedule.

The role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on safety, quality control, and process improvement. This in-person, full-time position offers equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Leads shift teams and sets pace for safety, quality and output.
• Clear communicator who can direct and hold people accountable.
• Experience in a factory, metals center, or skilled trades environment.
• Committed to safety and quality on every cut, every cert, every shipment.
• Owns shift responsibilities and drives continuous process improvements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift team, set the pace, and own the outcome for safety, quality, and output.
• Assign work, set priorities, and keep the shift on the production schedule.
• Train and coach team members on equipment, safety, and our software
• Enforce safety rules and PPE, stop unsafe work, and report incidents and near misses
• Run a clean handoff, pass open jobs and issues to the next shift lead
• Operate saws, CNC, and handling equipment to cut and inspect aluminum to spec
• Run forklifts and overhead cranes, we’ll train and certify you
• Record data and job completions in our software systems, accurately
• Complete other tasks as assigned
