• Demonstrated leadership of manufacturing teams across multiple sites.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and inventory discipline.
• Experience scaling operations and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing performance across Nox Metals facilities.
• Set standards and operating rhythms for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory.
• Coach and develop Plant Managers; build accountable organizations.
• Plan capacity, staffing, and equipment aligned with growth.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-site improvement work.
• Standardize production, maintenance, training, and shift-handoff processes.
• Partner with engineering and software teams to automate workflows.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and finance on demand and investments.
• Lead recovery plans for major operational or customer issues.
• Evaluate and launch future facilities.
