Zusammenfassung

Nox Metals is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead safety, quality, delivery, and productivity at our Los Angeles or Detroit facility. You will build a disciplined operation that ships accurate orders on time while developing a strong team and protecting inventory integrity.

You will own daily results on the floor, use data to identify issues, and implement systems that improve performance as we grow, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on manufacturing leader with a proven track record in safety and product integrity.
• Experience developing and leading production teams and frontline leaders.
• Strong ability to manage using operating metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable balancing current customer commitments with long-term process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Own plant safety, quality, delivery, labor, throughput, and inventory accuracy
• Lead Production Supervisors, operators, material handlers, and shipping teams
• Translate demand into production, staffing, and equipment plans
• Establish standard work and a consistent daily management rhythm
• Remove constraints and coordinate maintenance, supply chain, and quality support
• Develop frontline leaders and maintain clear accountability at every level
• Partner with sales and customer teams on priorities and recovery plans
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
• Plan capacity and operating improvements as volume grows
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready facility
• Complete other tasks as assigned
