Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, technical documents, and safety guidelines.
• Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office and production management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet established schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead, train, and evaluate production team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and development.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize production delays and maintain continuous workflow.
• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and management teams to address equipment, process, and quality challenges.
• Maintain accurate production records, prepare shift reports, and communicate key information to management.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
