Qualifications

• Experience managing manufacturing operations and teams.
• Strong understanding of Lean production principles and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities on the manufacturing floor and coordinate resources to hit key metrics.
• Direct and develop the Supervisory Team and reports through routine SAMs.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements across production processes.
• Standardize processes, update work instructions, and ensure training per procedures.
• Track performance metrics and manage production backorders to minimize delays.
• Lead cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and 5S.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure compliance with policies.
• Hire and interview open positions within the area and communicate to reports.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
