Qualifications

• Three years or more of supervisory experience preferred.
• Five years or more of high-speed manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have high-speed manufacturing experience.
• Be mechanically inclined with experience using common hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage a department/shift to maximize uptime and throughput in quantity and quality.
• Supervise staff: assign work, train, review performance, and contribute to appraisals.
• Monitor equipment for performance and product quality; identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, guidelines, and procedures.
• Track inventory levels; procure supplies, tools, or parts as needed.
• Provide ongoing training to staff to raise knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Managers; enforce quality standards.
