Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for leading and overseeing manufacturing operations during assigned shifts. In this role, you'll ensure that production goals are met while maintaining strict adherence to safety, food safety, quality, and operational standards.

Ideal candidates will possess at least a high school diploma, previous leadership experience in manufacturing, and a strong understanding of food safety regulations. The position requires a presence on the production floor and a flexible schedule based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities for assigned shift.
• Monitor output, downtime, scrap, labor utilization, and production flow.
• Ensure operators follow standardized work instructions.
• Enforce all safety policies, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation teams.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to enforce standards and maintain accountability

Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and production KPIs

Working knowledge of GMPs and food safety expectations

Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in real time

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous manufacturing leadership experience

Food manufacturing experience
