• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems for reporting and planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-shift production teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production across all shifts to meet schedules, quality, and safety.
• Manage staffing, equipment utilization, and workflow for efficiency.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Coach and develop Production Leads and staff with clear accountability.
• Ensure training on SOPs, GMPs, food safety, and workplace safety.
