Qualifications

• 3+ years in food manufacturing operations.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Associate degree in Food Science, Business, or Engineering; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production on assigned shift and coordinates with staff to resolve processing problems.
• Trains and manages production associates including coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of plant processes and equipment and industry best practices.
• Ensures GMPs and safety policies are followed and QA testing aligns with specifications.
• Participates in cross-functional teams and supports HACCP and quality investigations.
