Job summary

PrideStaff is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations and direct a production team to meet output goals while enforcing SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food or consumer product manufacturing, with strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the production team; set daily objectives and provide feedback.
• Coordinate floor activities and ensure timely paperwork and shift updates.
• Enforce HACCP, SQF, GMP, sanitation schedules and perform quality checks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace.
