Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Production - Days to help run our high-speed bottling line and train 6–8 production staff. You will foster a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment while maintaining quality and meeting production goals.

The role requires hands‑on leadership on the production floor, knowledge of GMP, SQF and FDA requirements, and a commitment to cost control and customer service. Shift: 5am–5:10pm, 2‑2‑3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years Packaging or Manufacturing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Must be able to complete forklift certification course and drive a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team on the production floor to train 6–8 personnel.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing work environment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Execute packaging and food safety checks and document results.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring timely production delivery.
