Job summary

Premium Waters in Riverside, MO is seeking a hands-on Production Lead for the night shift to ensure bottling lines operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor to coach team members and drive daily performance.

This role requires strong leadership, good communication, and the ability to manage start-ups, changeovers, and downtime. The schedule is 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with a 2-2-3 cycle; applicable safety training and

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production line start-ups, changeovers, operations, and shutdowns
• Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved
• Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and support to production employees
• Assist with employee performance evaluations by sharing observations and feedback
• Verify that all production and quality checks are completed accurately and on time
• Report equipment issues, downtime, quality concerns, safety incidents, and injuries promptly
