Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Line Lead on the high-speed bottling line in Chippewa Falls, WI to staff, operate and maintain production standards. You will work a 5pm-5:10am schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation, partnering with the Shift Supervisor to train line personnel.

The role requires standing for long shifts, basic math, and strong safety and teamwork skills. We offer extensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Some leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Some manufacturing experience with beverage, food or liquid consumer products preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation standards and FDA requirements helpful.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods – 12-hour shifts.
• Basic math skills are needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Safety - commitment to safety in team environment.

Responsibilities

• Staffing set up and operation of the bottling lines to meet production standards and customer expectations.
• Train and develop production line personnel in accordance with Lesson Plans.
• Oversee production line to ensure quality product produced safely.
• Operate bottling line equipment and perform prescribed quality tests; minor adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and report emergencies or incidents to supervisor.
• Follow established GMPs and safety guidelines.
