Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. seeks a Lead, Production in Kentland, IN to manage staffing setup and operation of bottling lines. You will work with the Production Supervisor on training and developing production line personnel and ensuring production meets standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, or liquid consumer products is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training and orientation of production employees in accordance with published Lesson Plans.
• Provide input and participates in employee performance reviews.
• Oversee production lines to ensure quality product in a safe manner.
• Maintain a safe and clean workshop, follow safety guidelines.
• Report emergencies, injuries, and production incidents immediately to shift supervisor.
