Job summary

Premium Waters, Inc. seeks a Shift Lead, Production (Days, High-Speed Line) in Chippewa Falls, WI to lead a team on the new bottling line, train staff, and uphold GMP, SQF and FDA safety standards. You will ensure quality, on-time delivery, and a safe, efficient production floor while developing employees and controlling costs.

The role requires hands-on operation, equipment knowledge, and a 5am–5:10pm 2-2-3 shift pattern with frequent on-floor presence and proactive safety leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years packaging or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must complete forklift certification.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 production personnel on a high-speed line.
• Provide hands-on safety training and ensure GMP, SQF, and FDA compliance.
• Train staff and oversee day-to-day production activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to the production schedule.
