Job summary

Sunlight Batteries USA is seeking a Production Scheduler to strengthen the Planning organization by improving production visibility, execution, and coordination across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on day-to-day scheduling, data analysis from SAP, and ensuring schedules align with customer and business priorities.

You will support site planners, monitor schedule performance, and help drive continuous improvement of planning tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, scheduling, or supply chain environments.
• Exposure to SAP, MRP, ERP, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly production schedules.
• Support Site Planners by communicating changes and priorities.
• Monitor schedule attainment and identify potential risks to output.
• Coordinate adjustments due to material, labor, or capacity constraints.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data in SAP and ERP systems.
