Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Production Scheduling Supervisor to lead the site scheduling team and translate the production plan into detailed, time-phased tasks for manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with production, procurement, demand planning, materials, and logistics to keep orders flowing and on-time delivery.

The role focuses on maintaining the Master Production Schedule, short-term scheduling, and real-time adjustments, requiring a solutions-oriented, detail-focused leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4–8 years of production scheduling or master production schedule experience.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel: 0–10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and slot orders in the MPS.
• Develop detailed production schedules across lines, work centers, and shifts.
• Ensure alignment with material availability, labor resources, and capacity constraints.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust schedules in response to demand fluctuations.
• Lead schedulers and scheduling coordinators, providing feedback and development.
• Leverage ERP/APS data to track performance and generate reports.
